A busser’s main objective is to assist wait staff and bartenders by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables; restocking utensils, napkins, and condiments; and delivering food and drinks to customers. Bussers are customer service oriented team players who work quickly to keep business moving. Bussers do not need a high school diploma, and most establishments provide on-site training.
