Did you know that StateFoodSafety has different delivery options available to enable clients to streamline food safety training for their employees? Our focus is to provide your training in the most convenient and secure method way possible.
Depending on the needs of your company, we can deliver training in one of the following ways:
- Learning management system (LMS) integration (available to StateFoodSafety partners)
- Custom employee training portal (available to StateFoodSafety partners)
- Vouchers (this is a good option for small businesses with fewer than 10 locations or less than 25 employees)
Food safety training options for employers
LMS integration
When your company partners with StateFoodSafety for training, we can integrate our training with your own learning management system. Our courses are compatible with AICC, SCORM, LTI, FTP, and API software.
Why separate food safety from the rest of your training when you can simply assign training and track learner progress in the system you already use? LMS integration allows you to manage all your trainings in one place. StateFoodSafety simplifies the training process by eliminating the need for multiple training platforms.
Custom employee training portal
If LMS integration isn’t right for you, we can design a branded training portal for your employees. The portal is accessible through a custom URL (yourcompany.statefoodsafety.com).
The portal is separate from our website and hidden from search engine results to protect your company’s privacy. If you wish, you can also set up password protection for the portal to ensure only your employees can access it.
We tailor the portal design to your individual company, with a custom background, color scheme, and your logo. You can track employee progress through training and view certificates on your StateFoodSafety account.
Vouchers
Vouchers are pre-purchased training courses. As a manager, you can purchase food safety training for employees and then deliver it to them with vouchers. When you purchase vouchers, you’ll automatically get free access to the voucher reporting tool, My Group Purchases.
You can purchase vouchers on our group purchase page. Each voucher can be redeemed for one food safety training course. Bulk discounts are available when you purchase 10 or more vouchers for the same course type. Vouchers never expire, so you might as well stock up and save.
As vouchers are used and trainings are completed, you can track your employees’ progress through the voucher reporting tool. Log into your StateFoodSafety account and click My Group Purchases to track their progress toward completion. You can also use this same tool to send new vouchers to employees and view employee certificates.
