Who is required to take sexual harassment prevention training in California?

California law (AB 1825, recently amended by SB 1343) requires all employers with five or more employees to provide at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to employees every two years. 

How often must employees complete the training?

Employees must complete one hour of training every two years. 

Does this training meet the state of California's requirements? 

Yes! This training meets the state of California's requirements for Sexual Harassment Prevention training regulations AB 1825 (recently amended to SB 1343), AB 2053. 

How soon must new employees complete the training?

New employees are required to complete the training within six months of their hire date. 

How long is the course?

The course is one hour long. 

How long is the certificate valid?

It is valid for two years from the date it is issued.
